Are You An Overthinker?

   So here we start……….…….. 

Usually some people says that Overthinking is the habit that no one should get addicted towards, this is because there a lot of effects of Overthinking on one's life. Yes, I agree because Overthinking will make you sad in most of the situations. Even if you get a happiness or a moment to be happy a moment full of joys etc and you became happy but it will not last as it should, may be  because if you are an Overthinker than there are a lot of things that will be going on your mind and most of it will be the things, situations or people that have hurt you and you eventually become sad. These things on your mind will overcome and eventually vanish all your happiness. 

         Stop Overthinking Dude! 

Yes dude, yes you the one who is reading this right now. I want you to leave the habit of Overthinking . You can and you have to overcome your habit of Overthinking. It's very important for your self, for your mental health and somewhere physical health too. Because this habit of Overthinking is just ruining your happiness and the joyful moment that comes once in life. And because of this you are ruining your mental peace. It will sadden you in most cases. Overthinking has worse effects on one's life like stress, sadness, depression, anxiety etc. I think Overthinking is like a worm which eats your happiness and mental peace. Dude one secret I want to share that I was too an Overthinker. 

So, here are some tips for you to overcome the habit of Overthinking.. 

  • Firstly have a mindset that whatever happens good or bad is by your Lord and his plans are best for you.
  • Trust your self, love yourself. 
  • Count your blessings make a list of day to day blessings and ignore the bad things. 
  • Be positive and happy, try to find the positive points in every situation . 
  • Avoid negative thoughts and negative people. 
  • Adopt a smile on face, be patient in each and every time things and situation. 
  • Engage your self in activities that you love to do and the activities that actually makes you happy. 
  • Be enough confident in your own self that nothing bothers you. 
  • Treat Overthinking like a disease that you have to cure by your own. 
  • Last but not least always pray because prayers and practice heals everything. 

And last thing I want to tell that there are many things, people, situation etc that are blessings but Overthinking problem hide all this, even if the situation is bad or something bad happens there are more positive things you must think of that if more wrong can happen so always find positive out of negative.

what to do when you overthink trying to find good even in bad. and this actually happens unconsciously. then is my overthinking still bad ?
