Hello Friends another option for Summer salad Recipe for weight loss. chicken salad is added with proteins, vitamin & minerals. also it is the healthy meal for dinner with full of nutrient, carbs & fat. so we are share some recipe so lets start.

Sticky Chicken Cashew Lettuce  Wraps Recipe

Ingredient:

  • 2 chicken breast 
  • ⅓  add cup potato starch oil
  • 1 cup cashew 
  • 4 onions
  • 1 handful cilantro
  • 2 heads of lettuce to make the wraps
  • 1 avocado sliced for toppings 

For the Sauce:

  • 4 garlic cloves
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • ½ cup soy sauce
  • ⅓ cup water
  • ⅓ cup brown sugar
  • 1tbsp apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tbsp salt
  • 1 tbsp potato starch

mix together on medium heat until thicken

Method for Recipe

  •  Slice chicken breast in cubes, coat in potato starch. cook in air fryer at 390 for 22min.  Flipping over half way with 2min of cook time & add some cashew to toast then up 
  • Chop green onion. set aside. get lettuce & avocado ready for toppings.
  • to make the sauce, start by sautéing the garlic in oil on low heat. add the ingredient into the sauce mixture &stir consistently.
  • pour sauce over the chicken mixture & serve on lettuce shells with avocado.
  • Serve the delicious recipe
Sticky Chicken Cashew Lettuce  Wraps Recipe

Chicken & Couscous Salad :

This recipe perfect for a nutritional & testy meal. you can have it to your lunch.

Ingredient 

  • 1 large chicken breast(around 350 gram)
  • 1 sliced red onion
  • ½ cup of couscous, uncooked
  • ½ tbsp of paprika
  • ½ tbsp of garlic powder
  • ½ tbsp of cumin powder
  • 1 medium sliced cucumber
  • 200grm baby tomato
  • chopped rocket leaves
  • 1 tbsp of olive oil
  • test for lemon

Recipe method :

  • Preheat the oven to 220degree. boil a kettle of water for the couscous.
  • on a baking tray, add the chicken breast, red onion, paprika, cumin & garlic powder. drizzle with olive oil & cook in oven for 25 min.
  • while chicken is baking, get a bowl & add ½ cup of boiling water to the dry couscous. place plate over the bowl for 5 min. until cooked.
  • once chicken is done, slice chicken into smaller pieces & combine with all the ingredient.
  • Further drizzle & toss salad with lemon & olive oil.
  • Serve & Enjoy.

  • Carbs  -  38g
  • Protein - 20g
  • Fat - 2.9g

This is north Africa Dish made with crushed durum wheat. but this is the best dish you can made here also to get best nutrient value from it.
