It's the story of a man who successfully takes over the empire and then takes on a new challenge. Rocky kills Garuda (Ramachandra Raju) in the Kolar Gold Fields, known as the KGF, and is a nuisance to Grupandian (Achuskmar), Andrews (BS Abinash), and Rajendra Desai (Rackilakshman). They ruled the KGF and expected to take over its immense wealth. But with the help of slaves who believe he is the savior, Rocky robs the throne. He even kills Garuda's brother, Virat (Vinay Bidappa), the apparent heir to the KGF throne. However, Rocky spares Vanaram (Ayappa P Sharma), the commander of the KGF's army. Initially angry, Vanaram joins Rocky to train a toddler to become a new guard on the territory. Rocky discovered that there were some unexcavated mines in the area and ordered the man to start extracting gold from those places. The idea is to find as much gold as possible in the shortest amount of time. Meanwhile, it is estimated that Adheera (Sanjay Dutt), the brother of KGF founder Suryavardhan, died. However, he is alive and arrives at KGF for revenge and to claim ownership. He smartly gets Rocky out of KGF and shoots him. He allows Rocky to survive so that the word is spread in KGF that the terrifying Adheera is here. Rocky recuperates but realizes that no one is able to move out of KGF as Adheera`s men have surrounded the mines. Meanwhile, Shetty (Dinesh Mangaluru), Rocky`s exboss in Bombay, has tied up with fellow gangsters across West and South India, and plans to act against Rocky. We also need to deal with the feared gangster from Dubai, Inayat Khalil (Balakrishna). How Rocky fights all these elements makes up the rest of the movie. Prashanth Neel`s tale is terrific and can pay a pleasing tribute to the angry-young-guy and gangster movies of Amitabh Bachchan of the 70s and 80s. Prashanth Neel's screenplay is noticeably captivating. Despite one of these huge storyline and such a lot of characters, his writing flows smoothly. Also, he's conscious that audiences assume plenty of massy stuff from KGF - CHAPTER and on this regard, he makes enthusiasts very satisfied as he has peppered the narrative with masses of clapworthy scenes. The Hindi dialogues are very effective and in addition decorate the industrial attraction of the film. A few scenes paintings massive time simply because of the acidic one-liners.
