The nights when your late awake, just thinking, listening to music, staring at the ceiling or maybe even crying. There might be days when you feel very outgoing and cheerful and then there might be days when you don't even feel like getting out of bed. I just want you to know, its completely okay to feel that way.

It's no crime to get yourself out of limelight/social media just for the sake of your peace. Social media can also act as the barrier to attain peace at times. The only thing important is your mental peace and space.
Along the way you will find people who will try to tear you down, crush your spirits and make you vulnerable. But it is in your hands, if you want to feel that way or give importance to such people. However, there will be people in your life who will be your rays of sunshine, hold on to them.
There are nights when we cry ourselves to sleep, but then there are days when we go hugging around the ones we love. The bad time isn't there to stay, it will eventually pass and the good days will come. Do not let the bad days stop you from being who you are.

Pandemic is not here to stay, you are. Don't let it take a toll on your mental health. Keep engaging yourself in the things you like or try to reach out to the old friends.
Negativity can be bought very easily, but it takes strength to rise above that. Keep hanging on the journey called life which showers you with different challenges and experiences everyday. Start cutting off from the negativity around and start to surround yourself with the ones who really care. Indulge yourselves in the things you enjoy doing. Just keep reminding yourself that you are bigger and stronger than all that.
