As nowadays situations every businessman moving to the online business to increase their customers as due to the COVID19 every one is moving less outside so they went on the Internet search what they want and purchase and product came to their house.

Also, Businessman prefers online business as they have customers all over the world without setting up the branches, distributors, and appointing agents which also increase their income and less capital to invest which increase their profit.

But this also hampers the small-scale businesses as the customer footfall decrease and they can't sell their products online and they are not having that much capital to invest in making their websites and appointing the person to do all these things.

If we see the scenarios Online businesses destroy small-scale businesses and industries and make the bigger businessman the real big tycoons in the business industry.

The main difference between Online and Offline business is as :

Online Business reached every person in every part of the world but offline business is still there and the customer has to reach there to purchase the products and the businessman has to stock the products but online there is no stock handelling.
