Many of us nowadays face lot of problems in expressing our emotions to other, we are not even comfortable to share our thoughts to that one person whom you love and trust the most.

You know why  ??

the felling of being judged by our own people

the felling of not being understandable

What to do ?? find someone who can listen to you let it be a stranger (no personal details to be told) or start writing your thoughts on paper or somewhere. Try to talk to your family with different approach, try to keep your self busy in some activity hobbies or some physical activity.

Try to get in touch with your old friends and ask them their problems and try to give advice.

something bothering you talk it out to the person.

Only key to get out of the depression is Communication.

There is nothing which can stop you if you are willing. stop depending on anyone and try to keep your point on topic you want. No need to like anything which you don't want to do. Situation can be anything Just try to come out of it.

Everyone says patience is key to success but I say not keeping shut is key to success for your mental health. You can have everything Love, support, Money and Family…… and still you may be suffering inside and smiling from outside, which makes people think you are happy nothing is wrong with you.

Sometimes people you envy are the one who are  suffering hell in their life. whereas people who you think is not happy because of their personal life or financial status are the one with peaceful mind.

People refer mental health like Taboo specially the society we live in but its normal to be in a state where you are not happy or not satisfied. Mental health is important and should be taken care of. Discomfort can be with anything your job, your partner, your physical appearance or Money. Trust your body, trust yourself, trust in “YOU”. Only you can keep yourself happy, motivated and only person in the world who will be with you till your death is “YOU”.

So try to spend time with yourself, Wear what you want, be what you are. Talk to people you like, love the people you want. And in return do not expect anything from anyone. Only expectation you should have from is You.

                    “Only You”…………………Love yourself you are worth.
