Welcome back guys to my new blog. I hope you all are doing great and having good health. As you have seen todays topic. So lets start…..
Greed is evil, whenever you hear this sentence, a story heard in childhood starts running in your mind, which was titled – “The Greedy Dog.”
Greed is bad but there was a short story in which a dog is looking for food here and there when he is hungry. After wandering here and there for a long time, he finds a piece of bone from somewhere. He presses that piece in his mouth and walks towards his hideout. There is a wooden bridge on the way.
While crossing the wooden bridge, he sees his own reflection in the water. He thinks it is some other dog, who has another piece of bone. Greed comes in his mind and he starts thinking that even if I get this bone, then today I can eat a full meal.
As soon as he thinks of this, he immediately starts growling at his shadow, in return the shadow also starts growling. The dog gets angry and as soon as he opens his mouth to bark in anger to get the shadow bone, the bone of his mouth falls in the water below. And the dog has to starve. In greed, he even loses the bone near him. That's why it is said that "greed is evil".
This was the story of the "greedy dog". But to prove that greed is a bad force, today I am going to tell you another story on the greed of humans.
Now read greed is bad but the story of human greed:
This is the story of Ramesh, a poor farmer. He had a small amount of land on which he used to cultivate and feed his family. Once there was a severe famine in the village. Ramesh's farming was completely ruined and he became obsessed with money. Due to the famine, many people of his village started leaving their village to earn money by working hard in the cities.
Ramesh also made up his mind to leave the village with his family and go to the city and do hard work. And then one day he reached the city. Upon reaching the city, he arranged for his family to live and then left in search of work for himself.
To earn his livelihood, he kept doing all kinds of small things here and there for several days.
To read further meet on the 2nd part of the story.
