You Are Not Drinking As Much Water As Needed.

Hello again. Welcome or welcome back my dear bloggers to my daily blogs. I hope you all are in good health and are having a blast of a day.πŸ’™πŸ’™

This blog will all be about a thing that no humans can possibly survive without, water. That is obvious, but the question here arises is that β€œ how much water should one drink in a day.”. 

Staying hydrated is a very important thing for the health of your entire body. Unfortunately, not many of us are drinking enough water. 

Advantages of staying hydrated.

It helps the transport of nutrients and oxygen to the cells of your body.

Increases urination that flushes bacteria from your bladder.

It helps in preventing constipation.

It normalizes blood pressure and keeps you healthy.

It stabilizes the heartbeat, and much more.

So, it is only natural that if you dont drink enough water daily, you risk your body to dehydration. So how much water should you drink daily???

Studies have proven that about 8 glasses of water which is about 2 litres a day is recommended. And a one more good reason is that coffee counts towards your daily intake of water.

The amount of water you drink is required to maintain a very good health. it increases energy and stamina. Since your brain is mostly water, it helps you focus and concentrate better. I also promotes weight loss and flushes out toxins. 

So you might think that the lack of water is risky so should be drinking too much of it. But fortunately, drinking too much water is barely a health problem for well nourished adults. When you drink a lot of water, your kidneys may find it hard to get rid of that excess water. So in actuality, drinking a lot of water is not a problem. 

And the highlight of it is that drinking water will not make you put on weight. Water has no calories.

Affect on your skin…

Being hydrated keeps your body healthy and refreshed. It also helps to maintain your skins elasticity. People who drink a lot of water are less likely to suffer from skin problems like scars, wrinkles and soft lines. It actually helps in preventing skin aging conditions for as much time as possible.

Extra point. :D Try water fasting, may be for 24hrs. helps in reducing weight. But have consultation with your doctor about your heath if you any sort of issues.
