Ashwagandha with milk

This special drink is made by mixing ashwagandha, nutmeg and turmeric with milk. All of these have many health benefits. It can be called Ayurvedic ingredients. The medicinal properties of Ashwagandha, also known as Amukkuram, are indescribable. It is a commonly prescribed remedy in Ayurveda for strength and stamina. Proper use of Ashwagandha eliminates fatigue and tiredness and thereby improves your overall health.

Nutmeg

Nutmeg is a sedative that soothes and calms the nerves and relieves stress on the body. It may help to promote better sleep and improve sleep quality. Known for its miraculous effects on relieving stress, this oil also helps to stimulate brain activity. Nutmeg oil removes brain fatigue and improves memory and concentration. It also gives the body the strength to fight off diseases.

Turmeric

Turmeric has many health benefits. It gives immunity to the body and destroys pests in the body. Turmeric has long been known to provide immunity to the body and to treat ailments. It is also very good for good sleep and prevention. Turmeric provides this benefit by influencing hormonal activity. Curcumin in turmeric provides this special benefit.

A glass of milk to prepare this

Boil a glass of milk to prepare this. It should be on low heat, to do. Add half a teaspoon of ashwagandha, half a teaspoon of turmeric powder and a quarter teaspoon of nutmeg powder. Boil as it is good and cover and leave for 10-15 minutes. This is so that the benefits of these can be fully absorbed. It can then be drunk early in bed with mild heat. Add a little honey, jaggery or coconut oil if desired. It is one of the best for good sleep and boosts the body's immune system.
