Attendance requirements and levels rules in the education 

It is the duty of each student to attend all classes regularly and participately. 

If a student has to absent himself from classes at any time he must submit an application for leave in the prescribed form to the concerned head of department. 

In all cases where the leave can be foreseen the application must be submitted in advance and where leave could not be applied for in the advance as in the case of sudden illiness the application for leave must be submitted through a messenger or on the very first day of attendance after the period of absence. 

A candidate will be permitted to appear for boards examination provided. 

He or she secures a minimum of 80 percent attendance in that semester course of study. 

He or she warns a progress certificate from the head of the institution for having satisfactorily completed the course of study prescribed and as required by the regulations 

His or her conduct has been satisfactory. 

In the case of 1st semester diploma students failing to put in 80 percent of attendance they will not only lisr their Eligibility to appear for the boards examination but also will be facing their termination from the institution automatically. 

The principal is empowered of granting condonation of attendanc shortage up to 5 percen only tha too at his discretio  on medica certificate adult submitted on time on arriva after medica leave withou delay  medica  certificate canno be receive at avlater perio. 

A candidat  will no  be permitte  to procee to the nex higher semester course of stud unless he ir she has registere himself or hersel and appeare for the board examinatio. If a candidat fails to satisf the attendanc regulations in any semeste he or she had to repea  the cours  of stud in that semester. 

Board examinations in all subjucts of akk the semester under the scheme of examinations will be conducted at the end if each semester. 

The internal assessment Mark's first all the subjucts will be awarded on the basis of continuous internal assessment earned during the semester concerned. For each subjuct 25 Mark's are alloted for internal assessment and 75 Mark's are allotted for board examinations. 

Diploma courses full time minimum period 3 years and maximum period 6 years 

Full time 2 years minimum period 2 years maximum period 5 years
