Fuel To The Body

I have read that only the rich go to the gym to burn their fat. Whereas the poor do not have any fat to cut off. Therefore I do not support or feel the necessity of being a gym member. No offence to the gym lovers, do not curse me. 😊

Exercise can be done at home right? Or is there some rule that says working out at home is of no use. I have been into sports from my very young age. I got into the basketball🏀 team when I was 9 years old. During the beginning stage it was just a time pass. But as years passed it got into my blood and I say with full confidence that sports and exercise has made me bold and what I am today. The costume or the outfit that I adore the most is my jerseys. I can go on and on about my sports life. But I would bore you. So getting back to the point. 

Its not necessary to be on the gym floor or on any court or field for you to exercise. Which mean you can do it in your apartment on you floor. A soothing music or a bass music would pump some energy and there are a lot of fun exercises you go do. Now, lets focus on the “fun exercise" thingy. Is exercise fun for you or does it petrify you? Being friends with work out is the first thing you got to do.

Now that you guys are not opponents any more lets see the best exercises that burn fat the most. 

CYCLING burns 670 to 1000 calories per hour. It focuses mainly on the leg muscles. 

SWIMING burns 500 to 800 calories per hour. Most importantly it improves every single muscle in our body that includes the neck, the face and the toe muscles.  

Other than the above, soccer, martial arts, basketball, gymnastics and boxing are good for burning fat. But let see some fun sports and exercise that is more of a relaxation.

HULA HOOP is a fun exercise anyone can do. Mayo Clinic states that during a thirty minute hula hooping, women burn up to 165 calories and men burn up to 200. It also improves and boost cardiovascular fitness as heart rate increases and blood flow improves.  

SKIPPING improves body flexibility and heart health. Belly fat is something that is not facile to get rid of. But skipping decreases belly fat. Blood circulation and breathing is aided through skipping and thus enhances lung capacity. 

All the best to stay fit.

But keep in mind exercise alone in not fuel to the SOUL.
