    I hope all of you are doing great. I am here with the second part of previous blog that informs you what madarsas (Islamic school ) actually are. I hope this blog will clear the doubts which many of us carry in our minds.

Islamic schools @ Madaaris/Madarsa - p1

In the name of Allah the Beneficent the most Merciful.
All praise is due to Allah the Almighty, Lord of the Universe.
May peace and blessings be upon Prophet Muhammad s.a.w, His beloved Messenger.
 

Dear friends, these are the madaaris that presented a proud past, which started from the rows of small platform of madarsa and gradually spread its branches all over the world.

• 
   
• These are the madaaris that produced military commanders like Ayyubid and Zangi.
• These are the seminaries that created Imams of jurisprudence in the form of four islamic preachers. The names of those preachers are

1.  Preacher Abu Hanifa (may Allah bless him and grant him peace)
2. Preacher Shaafi'(May Allah bless him and grant him peace)
3. Preacher Maliki (May Allah bless him and grant him peace).
4. Preacher Ahmed bin Hanbali (May Allah bless him and grant him peace). 

• These are the seminaries that brought the knowledge of Hadith to its peak in the form of Bukhari and Muslim.
• These are the madaaris thanks to which philosophy learned to be proud in the form of Imam Ghazali, Ibn Sina and Ibn Rushd (May Allah bless them and grant them peace).
• These are the seminaries in which alchemy flourished in the form of Jabir bin Hayyan and Ibn Baja (May Allah bless them and grant them peace). 
• These are the seminaries in which science learned to smile in the form of al-Farabi and al-Biruni.
• These are the madaaris in which medicine learned to walk in the form of Abu Bakr Razi, Abu al-Qasim Zahrawi, Ibn Tufail, Ibn al-Haytham and Ibn Zahr (May Allah bless them and grant them peace). 
• These are the seminaries that gave the world the art of history in the form of Imam Waqdi and Ibn Khaldun (May Allah bless  them and grant them peace). 
• These are the madaaris that made the world wonder by inventing an unparalleled art like Asmay Rizal

The result is that these madaaris enlightened the world with knowledge and literature, knowledge and divinity, wisdom and civilization and culture.
