Today I made a carrot juice. It is one of my favourite juice. They are tasty and refreshing.

I have made it in a very simple way without boiling the carrot. We can also prepare it by boiling too.
CARROT JUICE WITHOD BOILING
Remove the skin of carrot, cut them into small pieces. Put it on a blender and add some water to make it a consistency of paste. Make sure the carrots are well blended. After that you can add milk and sugar. Then blend it well. You can skip sugar if you don't need. Drain the juice and have it.

METHOD OF PREPARING BOILED CARROT JUICE
Carrot
Cashew
Water
Milk
Sugar
You can take the quantity of ingredients as per your need.
Remove the skin of carrots and cut down into small pieces. Boil the carrots well. After boiling, let the carrot cool. Add boiled carrots and cashew into a blender. Cashew can be skipped. if you dont need. Make a thick paste by adding some water or milk. Then you can add milk and sugar, blend it!
You can skip sugar and water if you don't need. You can also use honey instead of sugar 🍯
Garnish juice with chopped cashews,almonds,or any other dry fruits,and nuts if you love doing it.

When I went to ooty I have seen lots of carrots, they looks very fresh. Carrots can be boiled and by making paste can be given to babies after six months.
Cut the boiled carrots in a thin roundshape. And can be given to toddlers with boiled rice.
Carrot can be also eaten raw.
I love carrots when it is added while making fried rice, salads, noodles etc.
My grandma makes carrots juice for me. And I miss those days a lot. There are lots of dishes using carrots. The other dish that I love most is carrot halwa.
Once I made a carrot pudding for small function . It was very easy to made too.
