when we buy a mobile,we expect lots of things such as processor, storege, camera, Battery life, connectivity, Network …etc.

Operating System: 

       The operating system (OS) is the software that runs on a mobile phone and determines its user interface and features. Common mobile OS options include Android, iOS, and Windows. Consumers may have a preference for a specific OS based on their familiarity, app availability, and ecosystem compatibility.

Display: 

        The display is an essential feature of a mobile phone, and consumers may consider factors such as screen size, resolution, and technology (e.g., LCD, OLED, AMOLED) when making their decision. A high-resolution display with good color accuracy, brightness, and visibility in different lighting conditions may be desirable.

Camera: 

        Many people use their mobile phones as their primary camera, so camera quality is often a significant consideration. Consumers may look for features such as megapixel count, low-light performance, optical image stabilization, and various shooting modes, such as portrait mode or night mode.

Performance:

        Consumers may expect a mobile phone to have adequate processing power, memory (RAM), and storage capacity to handle tasks such as running apps, gaming, and multimedia content smoothly. Processor type, RAM size, and storage capacity are factors that can impact a phone's performance.

Battery life: 

        Battery life is an essential feature, as consumers expect their mobile phones to last throughout the day with regular use. A long-lasting battery with fast charging capabilities may be desirable.

Connectivity:

       Mobile phones are expected to have various connectivity options, such as Wi-Fi, cellular network compatibility (e.g., 4G, 5G), Bluetooth, and NFC for wireless communication, as well as ports for wired connections (e.g., USB, headphone jack).

Build quality and durability:            Consumers may expect a mobile phone to be well-built, durable, and able to withstand regular use without showing significant wear and tear. Features such as water and dust resistance, scratch-resistant displays, and durable materials (e.g., metal, glass) may be desirable.

Security:  

        Security features, such as fingerprint sensors, facial recognition, and device encryption, may be important to consumers to protect their personal data and privacy.

Software updates: 

      Consumers may expect a mobile phone to receive regular software updates from the manufacturer to ensure security, bug fixes, and access to new features and improvements.

Network type:

        There are several types of networks used in mobile communication such as 5G,4G,3G and 2G.Most of people prefer upgrade network.

Price: 

     Price is a significant consideration for many consumers when purchasing a mobile phone, and they may look for a device that offers good value for the features and performance it offers, within their budget.
