Bad times in life:I believe that  sometimes bad things in our life put us into a different path to the very best part in our life.

Motivational story:

King of the birds: we all know that we have studied in our school times about the king of birds is eagle.

            By taking eagle as an example we have to learn many things, eagle is a bird which has a good eye vision,it is fearless one ,it never eat dead meat and it has a strong feet .

One Principle from eagle that we have to learn:

             Eagles fly up above the clouds and to higher altitudes and doesn't fly with small birds like parrots,pegions and sparrows.Eagle stay away from small birds and fly with the eagles only.

       While it was raining the eagle flies above the clouds without getting wet ,but every bird will get wet because they can't fly above the clouds.

Theme: same as the eagle we should also over come our problems.

   Like how the eagle fly above the clouds when it is raining in the same way we have to overcome our problems,mental illness,stress and move forward in life.

 Reference:just close your eyes and imagine the best version of you that you want to be,that's who you really are let's go any part of you that doesn't believe it.

Summing-up:Sure you gonna blame all your problems by listening to the qualities of the eagle ,but all your problems blame you for not standing up for them and overcoming upon them.
