Here's the 2nd part of the blog [want to be slim] . Today we will read another 8 ways to be fit . So , not wasting more time , let's start .                                      

Follow these steps to become healthy and fit : 

1 COUNT CALORIE ONCE A DAY : You eat everything would affect to your weight . When you are following the diet , It is neccessary to keep day to day count of you calorie intake .Like dairy products have more calorie , you should control or take less dairy items .                         

2 USE SMALL PLATES :  While eating your meal you should use small plates . Its become the mindset for some people to eat full plate food . But when decrease the size of plate then your mind will think it full plate , No matter plate size . By this , you will eat less and which could help you to loose weight . 

                                                                                                     3 EAT LOW CARB DIET :  Many studies have shown that eating low carbohydrates diet helps us to loose weight . Eat more protein and fat , But less carbs help to reduce appetite and less take of calories . 

                                                                                                     4 EAT SLOWLY - SLOWLY :  When you eat fast you may eat more food and realize late about the full of stomach . Fast eaters mostly become obese , And slow eater remains slim . Eating slowly helps eating fewer calories and increase the production of hormones linked to weight loss . 

                                                                                                   5  USE COCONUT OIL RATHER THAN OTHER FAT  :         Coconut oil is high in fats [medium chain triglycerides ]    whose metabolizing process is different than other fats . Many studies have shown that eating less calorie , boosts the metabolizm . Coconut oil helps in reducing 

                                                                                                    6 TAKE EGGS : Eggs are the best food to weight loose . they are cheap , rich in protein , low in carbs , high in fat. 

High protein diet helps us to reduce appetite and full our stomach as compared to low protein diet . 

7 TAKE SPICY FOOD : Eat food with add ons , chili peppers and jalapenos . Chillies contains compound named capsaicin . Which burns fat and increases metabolizing process . Capsaicin also reduces appetite and intake of calories .

                                                                                                     8 SLEEP PROPERLY : Sleeping properly is important for the weight loss and also for prevention of future weight gains . Many studies have shown that people who sleeps less have 55% of becoming obese as compared to those who sleep enough .
