IN DAY TO DAY LIFE EVERYONE WANTS A SLIM AND CHARMING BODY . BUT AS WE KNOW IN THIS COVID PERIOD , OUR MOST OF WORK IS DONE BY SITTING IN HOME . WHICH LEADS TO THE INCREASE IN WEIGHT AND FAT ALSO. TO REDUCE THE FAT WE SHOULD FOLLOW THESE WAYS : 

1 MAKE DIET FULL OF PROTEIN :                                          Our body burns calories while digesting and metabolizing the protein we eat . eating protein can boost metabolism by 80-100  calorie per day. 

Eating protein full diet can make our stomach full and reduce appetite .

2 EAT WHOLE FOOD :                                                               Whole nutrition diet is the best and natural food for our body . Taking a processed food increases the amount of fat in our body .

3 LEAVE PROCESSED FOOD :                                                Processed food have added sugar and fat in high amount . Which causes increase in weight .

4 EAT HEALTHY FOOD :                                                            Take healthy food as much as u can . Even eat it in the snack time like fruits , nuts , carrots , boiled eggs .

5 EAT LESS SUGAR :                                                                Eating sugar in high amount leads to some Branded diseases like cancer , diabetes , and some heart diseases . And it increases fat in indirect way .

6 DRINK WATER :                                                                     Drinking water really helps to reduce weight .                   Drinking 0.5L water can increase the burn of calorie about 24-30 percent an hour afterward . Drinking water before meal helps to reduce calorie intake.

7 DRINK COFFEE :                                                                    Coffee is a healthy beverage which contains antioxidants and other compounds . Coffee  supports weight loss by increase in amount of energy . it boosts up metabolism by 3 to 11 percent . 

8 AVOID DRINKS :                                                                    We should avoid soft drinks , packed fruit juices , chocolate shakes . As they are unhealthy and increase fat in our body . As we all know soft drinks contains added sugars , which is also bad for us . 

9 TAKE LESS AMOUNT OF REFINED CARBS :                       The refining process makes the carbs easily digested . But it leads to overeating , which cause to weight gain .   The main source of refined carbs are from : white four , white bread  , white rice , soda ,  pastries , pasta , sweets etc. 

10 DRINK GREEN TEA   :  Green contains antioxidants which helps to reduce the weight . It increases the burn of calorie by 4-17percent .  

11 EAT MORE FRUITS AND VEGES :       Fruits and veges are extremely healthy and help in loosing the weight more faster . Several studies have shown that people who eat more fruits and veges tend to less weight.

these were some ways to reduce weight .
