Initiative is the privilege of picking yourself. It's a cultural Instinet to wait to get chosen ~ to seek out the permission & authority that comes from someone saying, “I choose you". But the chosen ones reject that impulse. They get to believe that they'll have to choose themselves to achieve their milestone. They realise that no oned magically select or rescue them.

The chosen ones, they are not just chosen by the nature but are chosen by themselves we often as-sume that successful people got to where they are, because they went to the right school or knew the right person or had the right Genetics or Stumbled into the Right Job at the right time. It's easier to think about success this way because then you can say that those People were lucky to have certain advantages and you weren't, and that's the difference.
