Why Are You Losing On Time?

See my Procrastination and laziness, I have finally made an attempt to write after almost a year. But I am back now and to begin with I would like to highlight the concept of procrastination in life.

our mind is very sensitive object. Recently i was watching a video on Youtube that made me realize how much we give up and waste our time due to procrastination and loose on opportunities. It leads a great impact on our life like 

LOW Confidence

WEAK Self esteem

Demotivation

Lazy and etc.

Whenever we decide to do anything a monkey in our mind jumps off and start giving us ideas to stop us and distract from the main purposes. It gradually becomes our habit and then we get handcuffed with it.

We don't feel like doing anything , we become lazy , our mind looses creativity, frustration arises and we fell into depression which we do not realize.

we are suffering from Procrastination!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The monkey in our mind constantly distracts us in the form of multiple thoughts and fantasies which gets stronger with time and overpowers us.

We get controlled by distractions and start loosing focus on our daily routines, aim ambitions, responsibilities . This creates distance with others and we start criticizing people around us, we start disliking who are good with time and work management , our company starts changing with same mind set. 

And here begins the degradation. So now we need to figure out how to control the monkey of mind and stop the pattern of procrastination.

Begin with Writing down things that you want to do in life and on daily basis that will make your schedule. Maintain a notepad and daily to do list on mobile as well that keeps you reminding. And never be too hard on yourself about completion of work. It will over pressurize you and will affect you mentally. just keep trying everyday with minimum 1 task at a time and always appreciate yourself, which will keep you motivated and happy. once you start diverting your mind it will start reminding you about your priorities and decision making. Then habits will begin to change and you will start on moving in the right direction. 

And after some time it will work in auto mode and your things will flow automatically. Mind will flourish with creative ideas and you can set an example for everyone. keep yourself reminded about  the experience on daily basis.
