So here we go with an another bolg.

There are some of the habits associated with daily life that can do a lot of damage to our health. 

These include a habit of over reacting to small small things, from sleeping patterns. If you want to keep your mind healthy, change these habits immediately.

1.Wrong ways to sleep 

Excessive sleep and insomnia can both be very damaging to your brain.

If you do not get a good night's sleep, it can lead to poor memory. Doing so for long time can cause serious damage to your health and to your life. If you have a habit of sleeping with your mouth covered, it also has many disadvantages. This stunts the growth of your brain cells. Sleeping in  this way increase the star of carbon dioxide and decrease the star of oxygen in the body which has direct effect on our health. Also one should not sleep with a head on high pillow, this can lead to headache or also can lead to neck  muscle spasm sometimes. 

2 Overeating 

The food you take daily that is your diet , has a direct effect in your health and we all are aware of this . If you insist on too much eating, if interferes with the absorption of nutrients and protein in your body. It also affect the brain's ability to think and work. Prolonged excessive sugar intake slows down development of the brain.

3 Over reacting to small small things 

The habit of over reacting to small things can be very detrimental to you. The blood vessels of the brain begin to harden when you are angry and the it will affect the ability to do work in brain. Also the one big reason for the hail loss is  that you  get angry on small small things faster.

4. If you do not have your breakfast 

One should never skip there morning breakfast as the morning breakfast give energy to our body to work for long period of time. Also there is a saying that one should eat like a king in the morning that is to have proper and healthy and heavy breakfast in the morning. These is necessary because almost all the work are done in the morning hours only and that work needs energy and that energy will come from proper healthy food . If you do not eat breakfast then it will cause degeneration in your brain going further. 

5 Chronic illness 

In addition ,there are many reasons why your brain is affected. If you are feeling mentally exhausted even though you have been sick for a long time ,it affects your brain function very badly.

So one should take care of there health and there family members health by avoiding such things in your life.
