How To Be Mentally Stable In This Pandemic ?

What is mental health?

Basically ‘Mental health’ is not a physical health so it was difficult to understand.

•Mental health 🧠 of a person includes emotions💕,  psycological facts and social well being👭.

 It can be detect by our feel, act, emotion and changes in our behaviour.

•It held in every stage of life for a short period , which is natural due to our thought processing.

 But in some cases it become critical for the person to handle it .Which leads to the stress, depression, tension and most commonly anxiety.

•Worst metal health also effected the physical health of a person.

*Mental health is treatable by helping them out-

 introduce them with the program related to mental health , talk to them, get them to psychachrist, and help to recover from it.

What is the symptoms of mental health?

  • Unstable emotions , don't know how to react.
  • Too much eating or it's vice versa
  • Low energy or don't have energy to do work.
  • No excitement at all.
  • Don't want to talk with it should be detect by there way of talk they may talk too much or whether they were quite.
  • Taking too much tension
  • Want to stay alone
  • Extreme weight loss
  • Being negative all the time and many more

*Healthier mental health

 When a person is mentally stable. 

There were so many ways to reduce the effect of mental health…..which are following but first of all we have to realise that unstable mental health is normal. Everyone goes through it in different ways .We have to make efforts to overcome this.

1.SELF CARE

As the poster say “self care isn't selfish

Self love, self respect all of these plays a vital role in our life. The self care help to nourish our soul , it give us clamness. You should start with skin care routine , pampering yourself and eating health food. Doing all the stuff you want to do. Don't afraid to being messy 🤗. 

2.Yoga/meditation/excerise

The physical health is also effected the mental health. Because when your body feel sweaty or fatigue due to excerise it leads to the great or we can say that a proper sleep schedule. And it helps you to give discipline life. Spiritually awakening is comes along with it. 

3.Drawing/painting/art &craft

Art works perfectly to overcome mental pressure because when we draw or paint something our whole brain focus on that particular work so we don't have a second to thought about anything eles. 

Mandala art is very clam & peaceful technique in which we used lines,circle,dots etc. according to us to make a unique art work .It helps in releasing all stressful thoughts.

4.Photography

When we attached with nature it become very easy to overcome negativity. Photography basically connects us with the vibrant energy of earth. It could be self portrait , it helps you to re-create your own beauty in many ways .It makes you more creative.

5.Worship

It is also helpful , it is related to meditation or being spiritual.

6.Nature

In this era of technology we forget to feel the beauty of nature . Fresh air works amazingly and the birds chirping wow it makes your day. We are blessed to have this type of environment 💕💕.
