Now that we know how catastrophic the Covid has been, the time has come to realize the soldier residing within. Let's make a big shoutout to the human fraternity. The time has come to bounce back. All we need to do is to follow few simple yet effective hacks.
Don't get yourself occupied in the cobweb of news and events that get published or appear over the social media platforms now and then. We all know the situation is traumatic, yet getting engrossed in the sadness leaves you psychologically ill. Stay positive and buckle up for the battle.
Talk to yourself. Make daily routines. Stick to it and make every minute of yours count. If followed judiciously, give a pat. If not, don't hesitate to slap yourself. Unfold the transformed you. The time has come to discover the best versions of oneself, the indomitable spirit that hasn't seen the sunshine yet.
In this battle of survival, only the fittest succeed. In this context, you are successful only if you are alive. Challenge yourself and leave no stone unturned in shaping your health. Always remember, first accept, then expect. Exercise regularly, take a balanced and nutritious diet, follow a well-crafted workout regime, and have faith in the unseen force that conspires everything.
Even if the soldiers get surrounded by enemies, they are not supposed to kneel. Just expect the same from oneself. Be rebellious and break the shackle of fear, anxiety, and hopelessness. Learn to fight, as the situation might not be in your control, but you may have the audacity to decide the outcome.
Jotting down the story
The year 2020 came with a setback. The world went standstill with the devastating impact of the novel coronavirus. To be very precise, amidst all the hues and hardship, life came on the track for a shorter period. But, the second wave of the virus attack has left an alarming impact. Today, we are running short of oxygen. Helpless persons are crying on the footpath, begging for a place in the hospital, if not a bed, at least the dormitory.
But, through this blog, I have a message for all. Stay resilient and happy. The dark shade will get vanished soon. Be active and cheer up the new adjusted lifestyle. Make the best use of your time with your dear ones. Take care of your parents and spend time with children in all their recreational stuff. You never know this moment might be a blessing in disguise.
