We all might have felt this feeling at least once in our life, like we are stuck, like we cannot take any step and move forward, feeling all hopeless and out of options to choose trying to go ahead, on the other side sitting and watching all random videos and blogs which talks about positivity and motivation in order to achieve more success and money, fame and you know what happens there? you get attached to those positive contents and you end up in search for consuming more and more and literally are you even getting anywhere?
know that when you feel like youre stuck youre not actually stuck, you are not being unproductive, the world is not gonna end because of you not doing nothing.
all you need is some rest.
-rest from thinking too much about how stuck you are currently in your life.
-rest from blaming yourself for doing nothing about it.
-rest form all the too much of content you're consuming.
-rest from searching positivity and motivation outside you.
Take rest, take care of yourself at your worst and see how magically you grow into something beyond your expectations when you are at your best.
We all at some point could feel like life is painful, ending up balming the people, the world and other stuffs pointing it how awful it is and everything, which blinds how many good stuffs and good people selflessly trying to make the awful world that youre blaming to a better place.
I might have explained this about in my other blog on how people carry their pain and pass it on to someone else and it goes like a chain.
Let me tell you this, feeling stuck and getting out of it you don't need to have it all planned. all our life all we do is try to run out of pain. we feel like life is pain and we attach ourselves to something that doesn't have a valid outcome but does obviously gives us pleasure, some motivational videos will end up make us feel bad about how much we waste our time, trying to boost us to be productive but all it does is make us feel anxious about future. know that its not the right way to motivate yourself.
Things outside beats us to the worst not to teach us pain or make us turn bad and horrible, it is teaching us to teach ourselves to be gentle, courageous and kind.
But here I want you to know that, you can run from pain doing something that has a valuable outcome, if it makes your mind more relax its more than enough!
know the difference between relaxing and restless activities.
restlessness happens when we cling onto random activities which prevents us from feeling bad.
