Nowadays, lots of my students and learners meet me and ask me “Sir the things you told us, we wish that we knew earlier.”But the thing is there are some things that our education system fails to provide us. Today I will discuss some of the important topics that school never taught us. 

📌 Firstly, we have to face failure in our life, but the thing is school had  never  taught  us how to face failure. Students get education and began their life, and in  the real world they face failure, rejection. Why is that? Because our system is not  building our mindset to accept failures and rejections in the early life. 

📌 Secondly, schools only provide education from the books, they want students to  go through the books, to be bookworms. But they are not trying to make students “think out of the box" , to be creative,and to be passionate to their goals. Later in life, when the sane student joins the world,  he don't  even know how to handle a 9 to 5 job and ends up being broke,and depressed. 

📌Thirdly, these days students are studying  in their homes,due to corona pandemic. However, most of the students spend their time on the social platforms watching funny reels, Marvel and DC movies, and trolling each other using so called “memes”.The point is teachers can guide them how to make money online, how to start business online. So,  they can be productive, and can manage their lifes. 

📌Moving ahead, while this system is mandatory in each student's life, the education provided  by the school authorities is not sufficient to improve their lives, to be successful in their life. Schools should  give some extra knowledge on how to start a business. The reason behind it, because these days everyone wants to earn money,and to be successful in a short span of time.But the system never provides such knowledge and make students to do their job on regular days. As they dont have the knowledge  to begin their own brand and business in this digital world. Consequently, the student just stay in their  comfort zone and never realise their original powers. 

📌Also, in the school time some learners starts having  issues and  ends up being procrastinator. The consequences of this can be thousands. As he become habitual  he will always be procrastinat things and works. To avoid this happening, schools should provide some extra knowledge to avoid it. They can show them their future by telling them examples from their daily life.Even, they can set some  challenges for them so they can achieve them and avoid procrastination.  

📌 Lastly, I have seen some of the student are so impressive in their talk and others are as shy as “mimosa pudica”. This skill is also build in the school time.However, they are not providing it to every student. They always choose the impressive one for english /hindi  debates ,organizing school events ,and also in the morning assembly for presenting the moral thoughts and speeches.And the shy ones traps in their comfort zone.Even, they become so shy that they can't  even talk to their opposite gender.                     🙏  _Thank you      ✔️IG@the_realkaran
