Now a days all world is in the rate race of to become a powerful more powerful and most popular country in the world . They are taking more foots to progress they are continuously innovating a new technologies like Tesla cars , space x etc. In this development era their are two ways to contribute by ourself 1. Become employee 2. Become entrepreneur . Anyone of us can become the employee of any company but few one of us become an entrepreneur why few ones because everyone wants a tension free life they don't want take take risk factor they works on 0 risk factor but in the enterpreneurship we have to take a risk , risk os money risk of loan. But as we know(risk is sign of success fix) because of this reason few one of us can become an entrepreneur. Enterprenur have the risk factor after they becomes successful they get return more amount then he invented . In the enterpreneurship we don't have to care about money life time any small scale business also gives us lots of money then invested money . But in case of teh employe we life time run for money making my intension is not wrong employee also became a successful through his works like sundar Pichai initially he is alos a employe in Google but after proving their talent after inventing chrome browser he will became the CEO of Google. Basically enterpresnurs helps to make the employments . Because indian population is touch the sky we are ranking 2nd in all over the world population why our most educated employee become unemployed because of shorting of enterprenur and lack of skills in employee this is all because of our foolish education system if our education system became practical then their is chance to win against unemployment problem . Choose your best choose employees with skillfully employee or enterpreneurship this both are very important and best things now one can live without any one employee as well as enterpreneurs so choose your best and give your 101% you will be the successful person no matter what you are.
