In my previous blog I told you guys about three Serums when and how to use, it's a continuation blog of the previous here I am going to tell you about more three Serums.
Hey if you are new here I am Prami, I make Beauty and lifestyle if you like my content please consider following me.
Let's begin,
Azelaic acid serums, you can use this serum if you have a lot of pimples and pustules in your face . It's non commodogenic . Though many brands haven't came up with azelaic acid serum but in near future they are going to come for sure. You can try the conscious chemist azelaic acid serum it is fragrance free , Sulphate, silicone free. It contains azelaic and niacinamide at the same time which is considered to be antiinflammatory. You can use it both in the day or night.
Up next comes the AHA, BHA, PHA serum , so I have a entire blog totally dedicated to this acids if you want to know more you can check that too.AHA is alpha hydroxy acid. It's particals are very small so they penetrate deep into our skin and helps in Exfoliation, it's helps to get rid of our skin's dead cell. BHA is beta hydroxy acid it helps to clean our pores and get rid of the gunk and excess oil from our skin. Both are prescribed to used in your PM routine only. And follow up with broad spectrum SPF in the next morning. And it's recommended to use a soothing serum along with it like niacinamide and not Serums like retinol or vitamin c , usage to both in the same skincare regime can disrupts your skin's natural barrier. For recommendations you can try the COSRX AHA, and BHA serum it comes in a 100ml bottle and is going to last you for a long period of time. The BHA serum contains 4% betain salicylate. You can also try the be minimalist lactic acid and salicylic acid serum. Both are fragrance free and beginner friendly.
Next is retinol, it's a vitamin a derivative. Prescribed to use it after 25 years of age because before that you just don't need it. That too at a lower percentage like 0.2% . It helps to maintain skin's elasticity. Recommended to using in PM routine in your cleansed dry face. And follow up with you non active moisturiser or facial oil such as squalene or propolis oil so that it can soothe your skin. For recommendations you can try the beminimalist 2% retenoid serum, or the doctor Seth's one. The latter one is a bit pricey but you can always grab it during the sales. Both are fragrance free options.
I hope you find this blog to be helpful. That's all for today.
XOXO.
