It may take a year or two to reach this point.
What happens after reaching 15 GB?
As soon as 15 GB is reached, Google will give a notification.
With this you can delete unnecessary images, files, and those with large size.
This will give you extra space.
Don't want to delete but need space!
Google charges ₹130 per month and ₹1300 per year for a minimum of 100 GB.
If you buy it, you can save up to 100 GB instead of the free 15 GB.

For others, High Quality is sufficient.
What happens to the images saved so far?
Images stored in High Quality until May 31st will come with the free account. That means 15 GB will not count.
Only silhouettes stored after June 1 will count towards the 15 GB.
What should be done immediately?
If you keep it on the computer thinking that you can save it later, upload it before May 31.
If you go to https://photos.google.com/settings and click High Quality, compress images to 16 MP? will ask.
