Let's discuss about the burning topic of today's time that is DEPRESSION. Today it can be seen in each and every person but what is depression?๐ . It's a state of mind in which a person do not want to evolve himself/herself in any type of social activity. He/ she keeps on taking stress regarding a topic which starts effecting his mind . The person gets soo much evolve in his tension that he do not want to think about anything else. It has very bad effects on person.Depression is a mood disorder that involves a persistent feeling of sadness and loss of interest. It is different from the mood fluctuations that people regularly experience as a part of life. Generally people do not understand that they are in depression which have more effects on suffering person's health. Feeling low, not willing to do anything, not going out or talking to somebody , feeling less energetic , always thinking negative , loosing or gaining weight, thinking that you are good for nothing are main hints that the person is in depression. This state of mind is soo dangerous that the person can commit suicide . It is of four types that are :Existential Depression , psycological depression, situational depression, hormonal depression .In today's competitive world ๐ ,it can be majorly seen amongst youngsters who are always tensed about something or other . There are many reasons of depression like love, being cheated, studies , job , parents forcing child to opt for specific stream, bullying and many more. There are some condition that may get worse due to depression which are : cancer , arthritis , any mental disease etc . Depression may show its effects on physical health along with mental health like joint pain, back pain , digestion problem . The reason behind this is the chemical in our brain is same for mood and health . We generally see if our health is not good it will have impact on our mood and vice versa. Some people consider it to be a shame soo they do not come out and visit a doctor regarding this which at last gives worst results . As it highly seen amongst youngsters soo counseling is done in every school or college soo that child can come up with there problem . The person should always try to speak with someone if he/ she feels like this. There are ways to come of it like exercising daily , try to cut out of social media , meditating daily, not over committing ourself , not attching ourselve to anyone etc .This situation can happen to anyone and there is nothing to hide from anyone. Always remember committing suicide is not a way . Fight with the problem and get out of it .
