LeBron James work out 5-7 days per week. He does fitness classes such as versa climber, spin, and pilates. He often wakes at 5 am to exercise, even on days when he's supposed to be resting.
Lebron muscle :To maintain his muscle mass while losing body fat, Lebron focused on weight lifting. He did some form of weight training 3 times per week to grow his muscle mass. Most of his workouts involved low reps with heavy weights and he did things like bench press, squats and deadlifts.

Cristiano Ronaldo usually works out 3-4 hours a day on 5 days of a week. He sleeps for at least 8 hours every night, which gives his body enough rest to recover after a day's hard work.
Ronaldo's fitness level :Spanish sports publication AS reported that Ronaldo's medical evaluation shows he has just 7% body fat, which is 3% lower than the average for a soccer player. Additionally, Ronaldo has a 50% muscle mass, which is 4% greater than average.
3.Usain Bolt (Track):
Usain Bolt trains 6 days a week, 11 months a year. He goes to the gym for 90 minutes every day, training to improve his speed, agility, and endurance. Most of his workouts focus on building core muscles and strength.

" When he has to follow a strict diet because the competition is close, Bolt opts for a diet with a high energy content, about 5.000 calories a day, calibrating each of your six meals with 60% protein, 30% carbohydrates and 10% fat.
Unlike most other fighters, he doesn't keep a routine. He works out and trains when he wants to, and has even claimed to run while wearing Timberland's, a T-shirt, and jeans. His workouts usually start with a jog and some jump rope, and then he'll work on technical training.
