It starts with i have forced myself to write this blog as i am a fully loaded lazy person or say with the current scenario of lockdown i have become. It will always start with doing smaller things and setting up very small goals that are practically possible and realistically achievable. Laziness is funnily a virtue but kind of a slow poison. You might think it affects just your body but no it actually affects your brain as our body gets all the instructions from our nervous system. Sometimes its fine to be lazy when you need a lone time or be relaxed or just sleep. But be aware people before it gets you as this is the trap from which you will face extreme difficulties coming out. So always be aware and alert of the consequences. So we were talking about how ? everyone has some hobbies, likes and dislikes and there is it you can always start with spending time with your hobbies whether it is something indoor or outdoor. You have to just take the very first step towards it and as i said make small goals so you need not push yourself too hard into anything just to prove a point and justify. If you do so you might end up exhausted and then starting from scratch. For example if you don't like reading books but you know its a good habit you can just start by reading one page or even just one paragraph, yes that's it ! you watch your favorite film, listen to your playlist, talk to your friend, google interesting facts, rather than just straining your eyes with cell phone and doing nothing just watching social media and getting influenced for nothing. Even if you are addicted to your phone you can make a plan how to make the most of it by doing something fruitful and that will give you some return and just not to impress unknown people. You should always spend time with your family and talk about each other. Does it happens with you that your brain instructs you to do something but your body doesn't respond? that's because you have been in a lifestyle of not moving and just lying around and spoiling it by eating garbage. You need to get up and work out even if its just walking or a 5 min stretch out, what matters is consistency of doing it everyday because with age it will become harder and harder and you will end up in fantasies you wanted to live and watch others growing fast and you might continue to live in denial. You should do what your heart likes and be happy always, And finally even after all this you are unable then you should always consult others personally or professionally. Its easy to try all this rather tjhan live with regret.
