Hello, my dear friends! hope you all are doing good. But some of us are not really! right?. Yeah! I can feel some people are struggling really hard to climb the mountain of Success. But they are falling behind as soon as they are moving forward. Do you want to know why?…

If we make a list , it will really big as the mountain. Here,

Let us know about the main cause which prevents us from taking the first step to climb the mountain, that is Procrastination.

What is Procrastination?

Procrastination is the habit of delaying a task which must be done when we feel bored or we think it's unpleasant.

Procrastination is considered as the “Thief of Time”.

Hey my dear, Just close your eyes once and think whether  you have any regrets for things which you have not done at the right time. If the answer is yes, this page is only for you. Not only you, we every people will receive an award for procrastinating good things. Seems like a joke but it is the truth my dear friend. We want to Wake Up!!

Effects of Procrastination

Procrastination may seems like a simple and single word .Would you believe me if I say ,"Procrastination has the power to win against you".It can cause many dangers like Employment and financial issues, reduced wellbeing, worse mental and physical health, academic issues, social issues.

These dangers are interconnected with each other, one issues which is caused by procrastination can cause additional issues.

For example, when procrastination makes someone to struggle at school due to his low performance he may feel stressed and sometimes lonely and he gets physically week and mentally too. This is the same in work. When someone procrastinate at work , definitely he will be yelled by his manager . He may reduce his package or even leads to termination. When he losses his job he will loss his mental health and he will isolate him from society.

Tips to overcome Procrastination

1.Think a minute what makes you Procrastinate

You may feel bored to do it or it is actually difficult. If you feel bored, think about the benefits you will receive after completing the tasks and the consequences you have to face if you don't do the task.

If you feel it difficult, break the task it small task. Schedule you time for completing each small tasks. By this way, you definitely complete the task.

2. Make a Strategy

While doing the task, when you feel bored or to quit the task, Assign yourself a reward. Like our parents told us , If you get a first rank, I will buy a chocolate for you. The same strategy we can apply here.  By this way you can commit yourself to the task.

A reward can be anything like you can treat yourself your favorite meal, watching  a movie, playing video game, buy yourself a dress etc.,

3.Be Organized

Most of the successful people are organized people. Before you start your day, Make a to-do-list.

Allot specific time for each task and complete it.

These are things I want to share you my friends . I don't know how many people will read this blog . But I will be happy if it is useful for one single person…..
