DEFINITION OF AUTHENTICITY

According to Collins Dictionary…..

The Authenticity is the quality or state of being authentic, reliability; genuineness .

In simple words if try to understand authenticity means to be genuine , honest and true to yourself and other persons .I believe genuine people lives the Mark behind.......Let's dive in our topic.......

Why Authenticity is Important quality ? What are the benefits of it ??

1. When you daily practice the Authenticity....It builds courage in you.
2. Daily practice makes more strong , realistic .
3. It makes you the most trustworthy person , on whom we can rely.
4. It makes you genuine . When you are genuine you don't have to spend time on proving yourself....you don't need lie on any other person and making thousands of false stories.....
5. It save your time and mind's efforts on unnecessary show off and needless drama.
6. Authenticy aline your thoughts , actions and words .
7. With the practice of Authenticity..... ultimately you started build self esteem in you.....you feel good about yourself....
8. You can live life guiltfree , which builds your confidence.....Your soul accepts you.... rather than the dejection when you lie and feel guilty.
9. Ultimately when became more authentic to yourself .....you accept and appreciate yourself....with love......
10. Leading the authentic life is part of boosts your confidence , help you to accept and grow in your life
11. If you want to make someone feel secure and safe....if you want to earn someone's trust......Offer them transpiracy , truth and honesty

The Mechanism of Authenticity ........!

• It all starts from your heart...When you are ready to accept yourself with the your shadows and sparkles.....
   
• When you practice it over and over again .....it makes more free and enlighten on spiritual level and ultimately in physical world too.
• When you try to more true to yourself , you became more strong and decision making became easy for you.
• The genuine people has spark in there eyes.....even they have capacity to change their own world...
• When you become authentic , it reflects in you every habit , every , word and most importantly every  actions.
• It improves your body language which makes you more bold and confidant.

How to implement authenticity in your life ?

• Start the Journal.......Journaling your true self  Now what does it mean...? You have to write your true feelings  and true self image ( means how you see yourself )
• You can start with Affirmations Use affirmations in meditation. ( List of Affirmations are available on Internet. )
• Change your belief system ....there is no harm in being true yourself......what you hate about yourself....be bold see it as it is.....and remember you can still change it if you don't like it......so there is nothing feeling guilty and bad about it......we are doing it making are best version.... changing is good and it's the process of growth
• Try to minimize you speech and add filters such as  - Do I'm speaking lie ? Is it white or dark ? Will it harm me or others or my near dears ? What will be the consequences of my lies ? Will it help others ?
• Working on three layers.... 1. Do I'm authentic with my THOUGHTS ? Am I authentic with my WORDS ? Am I authentic with my ACTIONS ?
• Take it as challenge in three steps Initially for three hours  challenge  , second step do it for three days and lastly switch on weeks .
• Learning - understand that being authentic and true is your duty to yourself in order to love , accept , appreciate , comprehend and improve yourself. And there is no harm in speaking truth .
