Hello friends, hope you'll good today i'm talking about beautiful creation of good that's women. In a everyone life a women exist, it's your mother, sister, friends and wife right, Could you respect them. If u says yes so i say u think again really, I'm asking this question all of us. Perhaps mine answer is no, and yours tell me after that post. Now I tell u my actual means of the post when we born a girls & a boys in the same situation right. now the start our journey being a girls.

You know what first disrespect of girls in her born we decide her future what she does or not. It's common to see this our country, she has no right, what she want to do. how much she educate, what type of career is good for her that all decided in their childhood when she think she can fly like a birds.

Second disrespect when she grown up and understand their right or wrong when parents teach her society rules and regulation. Normally parents and our relative don't want she made herself to like that she really want see herself but the reality is that the want to made us like society want to see a girls, how much she can talk, walk, stand or look wise how much she beautiful.

Third disrespect when see adult and wants to take her own decision now again everyone trying to stop her. When she ask and arguing for her own privilege, again zip it her mouth and that's a biggest mistake of life when anyone parents does. I request don't stop her to arguing don't shut their voice really when she need to speak up herself she never does. when she is public area outside the home if the situation someone is trying abusing  she never speak out cause in her mind is full of parents respect and she ignore this abusing no that's wrong. That's why i said encourage her ,and said u always with her, and what she will do it. So encourage your daughter,mother,sister ,friends and wife, give her wings of your encouragement, support and love.

Well fourth one disrespect responsible is a women.Why? cause as a women if i judge anther women that means i disrespect myself. When women make fun anther women for their skin color, her dress sense her obesity, her height and etc, that not make fun her that make fun herself too. So please don't judge any women , as a women support her encourage her or say her we are together for us.

I say to all, as women we don't ask u to respect us but don't abuse us, if we equal (he for she) then don't compare your and her journey as an employee u work in same firm. So respect each other as a human.
