There are two types of meals “mini meals” and “full meals”. Meals is widely loved by most of South Indians cause it fulfills the stomach.It is actually consumed during afternoon that's for lunch.
In mini meals,we get a tortilla with veggies, curd rice, vegetable rice, tamarind rice, papad, lemon rice, coconut rice and pickle.
In full meals,we get a sweet, unlimited rice, rasam, sambar, curd, papad, veggies, roti, dal, pickle and ghee. South Indian foods taste good and healthy too. Each recipe will look better than other and we get hungry by seeing the colours on your table. You'll get spice, sweet, sour, bitter, and etc. tastes
Mini meals and full meals will be available in all the veg restaurants of Andhra Pradesh, Karnataka, Kerela, Tamil Nadu and Telangana. We get a nice different taste when we have the food in hand than in silver spoon.
If we eat mini meals and full meals we'll feel like eating in home itself and made by our mother. It will be served in banana leaf with sprinkled water. Even food tastes better in banana leaf than in plates. Meals will be served in many functions like naming ceremony, birthday, and marriage etc. Meals makes your tummy fill and can give money whole heartedly. Money for meals won't cost more, it will be in an affordable range.
• Advantage of mini meals: It has 100-300 calories and it has low fat, low carbohydrates, low sugar and may reduce risk of disease.
• Disadvantage of mini meals: But consuming mini meals throughout the day may not be good for health, and prevent impulsive snacking throughout the day.
• Advantages of full meals: It is loaded with nutrients. It provide vitamin and minerals, helps control blood sugar, good for your skin, high in fibre, provides variety, high in healthy fats, and delicious, and may help contain antioxidants to reduce sugar cravings.
• Disadvantages of full meals: Same as mini meals full meals should not be consumed whole day as it gives laziness and adds more carbohydrates to body.
My opinion,
During travels mostly consume meals so you don't cause indigestion, acidity and vomit sensation. Your stomach feels cool and filled.
