Hulun Buir Grassland is one of the four largest grasslands in the world and a well-known natural pasture. The Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region in north China is home to this enormous green space, which spans an area of over 113,000 square kilometers. It is a nature lover's delight with its sea of grass and sweeping green waves.

The Morigele River is a natural wonder that meanders across the Hulunbuir Grassland in Inner Mongolia, north China. It resembles a vibrant ribbon that is softly draped over the landscape. The Mongolian transliteration of the name "Morigele" is "twisting and turning river." The river meanders through a vast, level area with no elevation change, producing a maze-like network of curves. Its banks are lined with thick vegetation, which makes it a perfect natural pasture.

The late Chinese poet and novelist Lao She once referred to the Morigele River as "the most twisted river under heaven" because of its winding route and intricate riverbed.

Famous for its vast meadows, winding rivers, and many lakes is Hulun Buir Grassland. The grassland is crisscrossed by over 3,000 rivers, and the area is home to over 500 lakes. At an elevation of between 650 and 700 meters, the topography is higher in the east and lower in the west. The grassland is covered in wildflowers in the summer, which create a vibrant tapestry that resembles a massive floral carpet.

Hulun Buir Grassland is known for its breathtaking natural environment as well as its rich cultural history. Many of the nomadic tribes have their origins there. Many of the ancient practices and ways of life, like living in yurts, participating in ethnic dances and music, and celebrating the Naadam Festival, have been maintained by the inhabitants. The largest gathering on the meadow is the Naadam.

 Festival, which takes place in the summer and draws large numbers of tourists and residents alike with its traditional sports offerings, which include horse racing, archery, and wrestling. There, visitors may enjoy hand-pulled lamb, milk tea, and dairy products, among other delicacies from Mongolia.

The Hulun Buir Grassland has numerous obstacles to ecological preservation in spite of its natural beauty. Climate change and human activities have caused varied degrees of harm to the biological habitat of grasslands in recent years. The local government and affiliated organizations have put in place a number of protective measures, including grazing bans and nature reserves, to preserve this priceless natural resource and restore the grassland's natural equilibrium.
