Hi everyone 

I hope everyone are fine and good. Today my blog topic is Part time diet. 

 A 'Part Time Diet' is a  weight loss tricks  to lose weight while eating your favorite foods.  '5:2, Diet' was introduced to help this desire, and this 5 :2 diet plan is very popular among food lovers.  Reason for this is it is the 'Part Time Diet'. It means that we can follow the usual diet for five days in a week. The rest two days only we have to follow the 'Diet' method. There is no need to starve without eating anything. For those two days only, it is enough to reduce the amount of food we eat. 
If you need 2,000 calories a day, only eat 500 calories on the two days of the diet.  That means if we eat only 25 percent of the amount of food required by our body.  Starvation all at once upsets the balance of the digestive organs.  Eating in moderation only two days a week does not cause any problems in this type of diet.  Part time dieters, It is said that by this the body weight decreases rapidly.  If we lose as much weight as we expect, we can eat 500 calories only one day a week.  In order to eat regular meals five days a week, do not eat too much fatty and fried foods.  It is best to avoid exceeding 2,000 calories every day. You can choose whichever two days of the week you prefer, as long as there is at least one non-fasting day in between them.

One common way of planning the week is to fast on Mondays and Thursdays, with two or three small meals, then eat normally for the rest of the week.

It’s important to emphasize that eating “normally” does not mean you can eat anything. If you eat on junk food, then you probably won't lose any weight, and you may even gain weight.

You should eat the same amount of food as if you hadn’t been fasting at all. 

 Biryani, fried chicken and ice cream may be unavoidable on special marriage occasion days.  They say not to worry about it.  If we continue to follow this diet for a few weeks, eventually we will naturally change to five days of optional food and two days of moderate food.  Suddenly eating less than two days a week can cause insomnia, headaches, fatigue, irritability, etc. in some people.  But, these will get better over time. If you follow the diet, you will increase your lifespan and reduce the risk of heart disease, Alzheimer's and cancer.  It is mandatory to consult a doctor before following this diet.
