Today's topic is - How you can change your thoughts and improve self esteem.
The things that we do most is, we only focus on how do we let go. How we can stop this thought. How difficult it is for us to let go?
Instead of focussing on let in- we focus on let go. Think about exciting feelings, exciting relations, habits you want to improve. Think of positive changes. So always focus in what you want and let in into your life. Live in present. What is gone is gone? What is meant to happen will definitely happen no matter what?
Avoid odd thinking - Dont say I cannot do. Instead change your thoughts, look for your alternative area. Use and see for that area where you can see and find hope.
Talk to yourself differently - instead of asking parents and friends, ask yourself what should I do in this situation. So always talk to yourself differently not negatively.pamer yourself.love yourself. You yourself have the charge for your happiness.
Give yourself the credit of even the smallest of things- appreciate yourself. Celebrate and enjoy all your small joys. Look back and see how far you have come.no body knows your struggle. It's only you. So always appreciate yourself first.
Get grateful- Take a minute and thank for what you have. Not everyone is as blessed as your are. So thank each and moment.
Improve the moment- whenever any negative thought comes to your mind or you think something is stopping you. Always do something that kills that negativity. Get up and go for a walk. Change music. Cook for yourself, your favorite food, watch your favorite movie, open and clean up your cupboard. Call your friends or your parents but remember you have to cut that thought.
More you are going to sit with that negative thoughts in your mind, the more that thought is going to kill you. So whenever there is any thought in your mind, get up and do something immediately.
