Fear of public speaking is also because of anxiety. Started from nervousness to fear of paralyzing and panic. Most of the people I have this fear avoid to speak and talk in public.
Some of them are suffer from high level of nervousness this lead shaking hands and breaking of voice while speaking.
➡️ learn your topics that you choose :- if you know about your topics more than the chances of nervousness and attempt mistake is less. Give some time to the audience for questioning on the presentation and you also ready with your answers.
➡️ Give attention on your topic not on the audience :- Most of the peoples only pay attention on the the knowledge and information not on the the way to express and present. So don't pretend in front of them that you are nervous or feel panic.
➡️ Do a hard practice :- practice your presentation as much time will you do it will make strong by strong.
Practice in front of mirror or in front of those with whom you are comfortable to talk with or share your presentation easily with them. and at last ask them for feedback.
➡️ Do some breathing exercises :- It can very helpful for you before or in between of your speech. Stay away from negative thoughts think that you can do it and you will do it. Stay positive and think about your success and achievement.
if you feel nervous so do that things which makes you feel confidence and comfortable.
➡️Give yourself gift of appreciation :- After your speech give me your cell gift of appreciation not because of you perform well but because of you can do it and give your 100% on it. make yourself proud and believe in yourself no one is perfect everyone commit mistakes. As much time you commit mistake you have a better chance to improve yourself.
➡️ If you are a student at school /college to better you need to participate on your school / college activities of speaking it can be build or improve your skills of speaking and confidence on yourself.
At the last I want to tell you that always maintain our confidence on yourself and stay positive everything is depend on your thoughts and thinking. if you think positive you will be positive if you think negative you will be negative. everything is in your hands do better for you.
