I am back with another blog and the topic is 15 Ways for better you. Let's start-
It is very important to keep your body hydrated the whole day. so it is advisable to drink 8 glasses of water everyday. Deficiency of water in the body leads to many problems such as bloating and and as acidic reflux.
Early to bed and early to rise is the mool Mantra for many successful persons around the World .so wake up early and do exercises .This will help you to be healthy and strong.
Open your cupboard and take out the things that you don't use and donate to the people who need it. Do some charity this will give you satisfaction.
Maintain this rule breakfast heavy, lunch small and dinner light for the three meals of the day. this will not only keep you healthy but also well maintained.
Always plan your activities well in advance. This will not only add the quality to your work but also save your time.
On Saturdays or Sunday apply face mask and give your face a little pampering.
Eat proper balanced diet with proper pulses and grains. Eat different green leafy vegetables.
Whenever you are not feeling well or not in good mood, light some candles and read a book .spend some alone time and do self talk.
Music is the greatest therapy for the soul. Use headphones or listen to the music at low volume. This will refresh your mind.
If don't know how to cook learn one or two dishes. it is not always good to be dependent on someone for your food. train yourself with at least one to two dishes so that you can make food for yourself and for your friends whenever in need.
Things you don't need- it's better to throw them, discard them and re organise your room.
Before going to sleep make sure you meditate for at least 5 to 10 minutes. Thank god for all the good and the bad lessons of the day and welcome your heart and body and for the next day..
These points will definitely help you to be a better person.
