That was a time when the family didn't do well. Chaotic issues, fights, and problems were all at their peak. And one thing which had positivity in this pessimistic character guy was… Riya 🖤…
College days were rushing towards the semester holidays and we tuned for an exploratory approach to the divergent markets… in simple terms, we went for an I.V (Industrial visit) 😅😜
And ultimately it turned very near to Riya's place… once we were done with academic insights, we gathered for a group lunch at a nearby ☂️ Restaurant… Riya got two boxes of lunch one for her and the other for me… since it was very early for her lunchtime, she gave one to her friends and the other to me… it was biriyani with an egg🥚… made by her mother, with such a tongue licking taste and fragrance…
With the last glance of her on that day, I just glued myself onto the college bus to reach home, pack my sack and catch the train to my native… and on that particular day at a particular time when none was around, we captured a snap of both at that restaurant entrance… and she gave me a 100 rupee note 💴…
I initially rejected it from her, but a single fierce look can't be skipped and neglected from obeying her cutie sweetie words… “andha kannu la enavo irukunga”
It's a costlier gift for me, who takes care of your tummy?? And gives a grooming tip, adjust your hairline and caress your face, pinch you and caress on the same place after pinching nicely?? Who leans over your shoulder at a comfortable pace ever and allows the same to you, who on this earth will miss such a person when the same person takes care of your wallet balance by adding a 100 rupee note into it… yes I took it from her hands and kept it under my mobile case the same day when I was in my way to native in train…
And whenever the need raised to remove my phone back case, I used to be one step careful not to lose the 100 rupee note, unfortunately there hit a day in life where I lost it… here's how…
It was on the busiest streets in the city, where people gather to buy hell a lot of things where exactly we arrived for a little technical support, I was forced to remove the mobile case and take out the golden gift and place it in my shirt pocket, and exhaling a lot at that day we forgot to feed our tummy… oh yeah, 'our' here means me and her… went for a North Indian chat shop, it tasted average though, but I was satisfied that my girl's tummy was filled and she didn't return home with hunger… and on that exact moment of paying Rs.120 on that heck of a moment, I took the 100 rupee note out from my pocket added 20 more from my wallet and paid the bill😞😣
What's the greatest stupidity was, I realized that I lost my gift after some 30 minutes of losing it and you know how it feels?? It's like after a clean shave, you could feel like some a part of you is missing and that's how still couldn't stop thinking about it….
