Welcome bloggers, readers and monkhood members… and constant supporters...
Having a target of 3 blogs per week… and it's tough to think of stories and real-life events to write… if you have checked my previous blogs… I have written my own stories… stories that I heard… my regrets in life… and now… konjam philosophy pesuvom…
Success… as we hear this word, some legends will cross our mind, like, Neeraj Chopra, the gold medalist for India- Tokyo Olympics… Sachin Tendulkar, M.S.Dhoni, Tesla- Elon Musk, etc… and I'm pretty sure you would have read or heard or watched them speak about their SUCCESS and all they say about being successful is to work hard… I agree with that… but what makes me think is… if working hard is the only route to get successful, then, are there only a handful who work hard in this world to be successful??
I grew up watching movies, especially Tamil movies, where they say “ Being first is important, winning is the game plan… win decides your life… success is what you must run after… one who comes second does not get recognised” I mean…. What the. ………? I don't get you people… of course, I agree… when I was a kid… I enjoyed all those super hit intro songs of hero's which motivated me to dream about getting success which had no futuristic thought of how hard life will change us for something we wanted…
All the things I said… now… as an adult… as a 25-year-old… I think about the persons who came second in the race… who tried and almost had the so-called success and missed it in a thread… had anyone addressed his or her dedication, all we see them as Sharukh Khan in Chak De India, Maddy in Saala khadoos as a silent but task-oriented, who delivers a blunt emotionless attitude to their peers… is that how who came second behave?? (I don't want to use the word “lost”, the pessimistic me trying to be optimistic)Shouldn't they be more generous and calm…
And… shouldn't they teach others how to handle pressure and win the game. Instead of posing more pressure?? Even though, we don't get something we wanted in life… ain't we cross the river??? Or do we stay on the boat… every magical thing happen once we cross the river… success is not defined buddy… row your boat… just decide your direction… and where ever the boat gets you… make a tent… live there… live for your people… built an empire… have a cigarette puff… get tensed and relax… after all life is just to live… not to succeed…
