For mango pudding
Ingredients
Mango puree
Diced mango
Custard (mango/vanilla)
Sabja/chia seeds
Digestive/gooday biscuits
Chopped nuts(almonds/walnots etc)
Procedure
Custard- Take 500ml milk and bring it to boil. Add sugar according to your taste. Then heat for some time until it reduces it's quantity. Take a bowl and mix 2 Tbs of custard powder and mix it in 2tbs of cold milk. Then mix it in milk on the stove. Keep stirring while pouring the custard and keep it heating till its consistency becomes thick. Turn off the gas and cool the custard.
Mango puree- Take a mango and grind the mango to form it's puree after removing it's peels and seed.
Chia/sabja seeds- take 1tbs of these seeds and soak them in water few hours before using and then drain the excess water.
Biscuits- Take about 10 biscuits and grind them into fine powder and then mix it with 2tbs of melted butter. You can take either digestive biscuits or any other plain non cream biscuit to use as a base.
Mango Custard pudding
Take a glass and put some biscuits powder at the bottom. Then add some custard to it. Put some nuts and soaked chia/sabja seeds on it. Now put mango puree and top it with diced mango cubes. Like this make layers of ingredients and garnish it with nuts, sabja/chia seeds and diced mango.
Your mango custard pudding is ready. Refrigerate it before eating
Precautions
While adding custard keep the flame on low if it is on high the custard may get burnt.
When cooling the Custard don't just leave it after some time keep stirring it. Else it will have lumps.
While custard is on gas keep mixing it to prevent lumps and get it burnt.

This recipe is very healthy and quick to make. It tastes really good and is easy to make.
You can also make it without using biscuits and also add some floods sev to it. You can also top it with rose syrup.
Presentation
The glass needs to have some quantity and be cautious while firming layers of these ingredients. Don't mix the layers and top it with your preferred nuts, mango cubes, chocolate syrup or rose Syrup. Layers make it look good.
