How Is Your Life Going On

Well in this pandemic the life of people have just been as the bird in cage. And if I ask how is your life then I guess most of the answer would be same ,But is there any different answer in you other than EATING, WORKING, SLEEPING. YES I can proudly say that I  have different routine that really makes different from others. Wanna know what makes me different, keep reading.

1.wake up Early : Laziness causes the break down in Health, to Avoid that keep an habit of early morning session like yoga , exercise and my favorite reading , yes I do read at morning while seeping a cup of home made green tea. The advantage of me reading book particularly at morning is to increase my memory power and reading capacity, hence early morning our brain absorbs the things very quickly and also helps in storing it.

2. Food taking : The food we take greatly has power on health , and at what time we take is also important. So I strictly say to take food on correct time and also do not forget to intake the fluids like mainly, proper amount of water and real fruit juices which helps in building the immune power . (As maintaining immune power is very important)

3.Proper sleep : you wake up early doesn't mean you sleep less. sleeping for 8 hours is very important . whole day we engage our self in many activities where we make our body work and consume energy and after so much of work our body needs proper rest and that's how sleeping comes in hand for giving break for body.

4.utilize time : the time we spend will never comeback , and if we spend it uselessly then we regret it most. utilizing the time means the work we do in certain time must be useful, thoughtful , and joyful. yes spending time alone doesn't mean just working it means being happy with what we are doing.

   Hence this are the things I do in my daily life , yeah there are still many things which I do and I change things constantly will be sharing many blogs. STAY TUNED AND STAY STAFE
