When you do something that makes you regret afterwards. Many things in our life makes us to regret but one main thing among them is angerness. 

Angerness is something which can lead to several harmful concequences. It can break someone's life, heart, innocence and even can make them suffer to death.

There are many things which makes you Angry

• main reason for a person to become bad tempered is betrayal, betrayal in friends, love and family. It happens because you loose trust on people and create a false bad image that make you hate them. But that hatred will be seen as angerness in actions.

• No peaceful environment also leads to anger, when you can maintain a healthy atmosphere and make it as your daily lifestyle then you can be away from madness.

• Cheerful behaviour leads to better understanding, if you can understand the person before you then you can learn how to stay calm, ignoring the mistakes which are not really a big deal can build a different self which can make yourself amazed.

• when you know that you can get into fight which can lead to dangerous concequences then stay close to a person who can control you on situation.

• If you feel immense pain and want to spit it out then go some silent place and scream your heart, but don't do on people because your angerness can hurt innocent people, when you give to nature it absorbs your pain and gives you happiness in return.

When some heated argument is going on and there you feel like getting involved even though there is no need of your involvement then stay out of it. If you're experiencing pain then don't let others see that because you know that how much energy and tears it requires. So don't be ruthless and respect everyone because that can build a self enthusiasm to avoid the hated situation and further more it can avoid your bad self.

There are many ways to control yourself physically, that are meditation,yoga and self-care so try them, by trying them you won't loose anything and happen to gain many useful things. No wrong in trying and making others also to try because it can create a happy atmosphere and cheerful environment.
