As its been a year of lockdown, here are the things you can do while staying at home and to stay away from boredom. Let me tell you one thing guys, staying on bed all day is not gonna help. It feels good, but not actually GOOD. So first u can do isβ¦
1.DRAWING:-
You can do any kind of drawing just to keep yourself indulged. Mainly you can do mandala art, its an amazing stress buster. Lockdown is very useful to improve your art.
2.COOKING:-
It's a kind of life savior. You can do cooking to fill your stomach and to keep yourself busy. Make a list of things that you would like to cook and eat ( make sure you have all the ingredients at home if not cook with the ingredients you have at home) .
3.DANCING:-
When a say dancing I didn't mean that you have to dance like michael jackson, just turn on the music , close your eyes and dance like no one's watching.(make sure you close all doors and windows π).
4.MEDITATION:-
There is nothing a few minutes of meditation can't solve. (sadly not corona guys). I'm speaking about mental peace. Spare yourself 10 minutes each in morning and night for meditation.
5.EXERCISE :-
As we are just sitting at homes our body is becoming very lazy. So to keep it healthy, Exercise for few minutes daily. At least don't miss doing stretches.
6.HOME DECORATION:-
As for home decoration you can make door mats with your mom's and grandma's old sarees. Recycle plastic bottles as some wall decoration. Or any wool designed wall hangings. Personally I didn't do any home decorations in lock down.
7.WATCH SERIES OR MOVIES :-
For this you gonna have to buy any OTT platform subscription or ask for any friends or family for id and password (like me π). Interesting series and movies are best for this lockdown life. You can even watch many series in youtube like - what the folks (hindi) , operation mbbs (hindi), please find attached ( hindi), college romance (hindi), put your head on my shoulder ( chinese) , my girlfriend is am alien (chinese). This list goes on guys π
8.SPEND SOME TIME IN NATURE:-
Spend some quality time in nature or just by looking out of your windows. You feel little relaxed while doing these . click pictures of nature.
Guys its surely an hard time for everyone, but by looking at the positive side of things we can help ourselves. Stay at home and spend that time in self improvement.Discover the hidden talent in YOU
