“Cosmo” what comes in mind after hearing or reading this word space, planets, stars, galaxies, star cluster, black holes , solar systems, multiverse. But actually it is just one tiny drop of water in a ocean. It is truly fascinating looking at the sky in a clear night seeing stars and space , thinking about universe we are but a single atom or can say million times smaller than an atom in space. We have only discovered celestial bodies in observable universe because beyond this is just too far away and we can't see things there because even the light hasn't reached us from there till the entire history of earth (13.8 billion years). We are indeed small in this vast universe or can say infinite universe but our imagination, our thinking is not small. People four centuries ago thought that earth is the only planet/ world and sun and moon revolves around it. The thing is human kind evolve drastically in last four centuries than ever . Every thing is well balanced in this universe two big astroids miss each other from colliding by mere inches you have been thinking that what can a mere inch means in this vast collection of millions of universe but my friend after million of years that astroid which missed from colliding with another astroid hit the earth and wiped the dinosaurs and most of the life to think that give me chills if that astroid had collided with another astroid dinosaurs would not be wiped and who knows we would not have been born yet. But hey what i said everything is well balanced . So evolution of human being might have great purpose. To explore new things and question everything and than find answers. But as i said universe is vast and all celestial bodies are far away from each other and we have not discovered a way to travel so far away and in less time . Because we only live for 80-90 years it is nothing compared to cosmic time . So what are the solutions (1) travel with the speed of light but it is not practically possible even if we can travel with speed of light which is a very very huge number still celestial bodies are much far away it will take decades centuries to reach one to another celestial body. You can take example as sunlight ( traveling with speed of light) takes 8 minutes and 40 seconds to reach earth so you can or actually can't imagine how much time it will take to go to another galaxies or universe. (2) wrap drive - you have probably seen it in movies that space ships bends the fabric of space and time in front of space ship and expands behind it . With this we are free of space and time . Which will make traveling so far away possible in less time . But some of you might think that it is fiction not possible but my friend it is theoretically possible but will take enormous amount of energy . And we haven't discovered the technology to use for wrap drive . But it is possible . Who knows in coming future we will make it happen and discover new universe , planets , life . It gives me goosebumps . So that it is for today .
