Which Drink Is Best To Consume In Winters

Hi everyone welcome to my new blog I hope you are fine and having fun this weekend so today I am discussing what drink should we take  early in the morning to protect us from this shivering cold .Well as we are quite habitual  to drink in the morning tea well tea keep you warm but not much so we have to take something which keep us warm throughout the day which is quite essential these days as the temperature persistently dipping from quite few days because of this told some people have become the victim of cold and cough in fact we have take serious precautions to save from this severe cold though it seems to be difficult at times if we fail to do so then our health may be deteriorate so let me tell you if you ever  been in a situation like this where you would have been facing severe weather conditions like too hot or too cold then you tend to find your immunity is getting low in this weather you have to rely on a some substitute in order to fix the problem specially who are living in northern region 
Drink hot milk beverage is quite helpful in stronging your immunity not only this it also keep you warm every day so it is good to consume the hot milk early in the morning in hot milk you add all the dry fruits and cinamon and species which is quite favourable to drink this winter season if you get a warm from inside then only you can able to do anything and the best of drinking this milk it makes your bones stronger because it has got the calcium magnesium potassium iron phosphorus zinc which help your body to make you  healthy after having this hot milk you feel energetic .


So now without wasting any time it is a time to prepare Energy hot milk indgridents here as follows:
500 ml fat free milk
Almond 10
Pistachio 8-9
Cashnuts8-9
Currant 9
Dates8-9
Cinnamon 3
Cardamom 3
Sugar 3-4tsb

Saffron 2-3


So guys this drink is highly recommended specially in winters  for you and your family

So first of all take a pan and let the milk boil so while the milk is boiling  crush all the almonds cashnuts pistachios currants and remove the seeds of the dates and chopped it into small pieces once the milk gets boiled  add chopped dates and simmer it for 5 minutes till the time its become little soft and remember you simmer on a low flame add saffron after its becoming little soft you can add all crushed dry fruits which was kept aside and then again simmer it for 5minutes and add cinnamon sticks and cardamom to enhance the flavour of the milk and get aroma so once you get the nice smell from the milk and milk get curdled and mushy add sugar and give another boil so the sugar completely dissolve in that.now health drink is ready to serve and finally you pour that into your cups and enjoy the drink.
