Hi goodmorning everyone welcome to my another blog in this blog we talk about how we can loose weight naturally and in a simplest way.We often noticed that going to a gym is not a solution for many people because of their busy schedules or due totheir heavy weight they unable to move and perform rigorous exercises in such situation what needs to be done because gym is considered to be good for the young people but not for the people who are in the middle age so for them Walking is the best way and easiest way to loose weight and stay in shape however we are still not sure about at times that how many times we have to walk in order to loose weight
We have to consistently hit at least 15000 steps in a day in order to burn calories means if you add 20 mintues thrice a day then you will burn your calories faster the more you walkand quicker your pace the more calories you burn you even puton your headsets while doing the task and themusic help them to reduce stress and improve their mood people who walk regularly reap the benefits being miraculously getting in shape.so incorporate small walks to your routine divide 20 minutes 3 times set your schedule and have a brisk walk after having meals and can be hope for good results until or unless you feel the sense of accomplishment What if you are not losing weight?
In such condition optimize your walk on an elevated road helps to burn your calories faster because walking up hill or walking elevated road can briskly activates many muscles throughout the body including your legs while also increasing stamina and calorie burn .Also make sure that you stay hydrated drink atleast 1 glass of water 30 min before you walk.avoid sugary drink to hydrate yourself 2 important thing is to focus wear bright colors sometimes it can be hard for the cars to look for pedestrians all time of the day wearing reflecting colors make them aware that you are walking. Wearing prefect shoes is also important while walking you should go for old shoes or comfortable sneakers so that you easily fasten your pace and you dont easily get tired while climbing the hill or an slope.
