What Is Childhood Obesity And How You Overcome This Problem.

In this blog we talk about the childhood obesity and why it is so necessary to take the prevention in order to stop it since childhood.

What is childhood obesity?Childhood obesity is nothing but  sudden increase weight in child according to their height and weight.if you ever find that your child is likely to be overweight consult a doctor and check body mass index BMI is a chart which depicts correct body weight according to the height and age.

Why it is necessary to control during the childhood because if it keep prevailing like this till adulthood stage then it  may cause the risk of heart attack,high blood pressure and diabetics .So it is inspensible to con trol it .causes that leads to childhood obesity is sleep deviation increases inhormonal balance leads to increase appetite result in childhood obesity and also environmental reasons   another major cause for childhood obesity.like glue to your tv and playing video  games for an hour less of physcial activity. 

What are the ways we can protect this:

1.Children are meant to play so doing the rigorous physcial activity like running, walking ,jumping doing gymnastics at least for an hour help improving  mentally as well phycially health. As result they  get ridfrom obesity and tend to get good sleep as well.Some schools also take a initiative to   prevent obesity by offering higher quality and more active physical education as a subject for all grades, every day-and by promoting physical activity throughout the school day.

2.Make a habit to include eggs in your diet especially in the breakfast and add fibre diet to your chart like oat meal cereals, flax seeds and oranges ,they all should be eaten in the breaskfast.

 3.use less sweetened drinks :cold drinks ,fruit juices should be avoided  swap it with plain water and milk.

4.Chew the food slowly so that you burn a lot of calories and food intake is going to be lesser.

5.gren tea is loaded with antioxidants is a natural beverage which also helps you to reduce your weight and burn your calories and unsweetened coffee is also good for weight loss.

6.Empasize on eating home made foods and sandwiches which are usually made of fruits and vegetables.ask to take a high protein diet including fish and poultry meat and eat less at every intervals.

These are some preventary measures to control the disease.
