In  addition  to thisif we say no matter how gorgeous you look from outside but from inside you are ugly then it no means of beautiful from inside what do you mean by ugly from inside that means you not pure as snow from the heart our heart only dwell on someone when you're good from the heart then only you get hold of everyone no matter   how you look according to the society standards but here we talk about how you recognise inner beauty ?if you have a good thoughts that reflect in your reflection inner beauty is something about your reflection is something about the positive attitude you carry your Qualities that make your more exquisite than others.

Most of the times we judge a person by their looks rather than by qualities specially when meeting a stranger we dont notice his thoughts and actions  andwordsrather than notice the skin of the color that is because our society is obsessed by the looks.In order to find inner beauty try to explore yourself first your strength the good things about you for ex yr talent yr passion and try to embraceall  that so that world can see yr beauty .In addition to this always appreciate others beauty or work for ex when you reward someone for their work you try to make bond easily with that person .So building and maintaining good relationship it doesnt come easy but you try handle through difficult times then there is a  possibility to nourish yr frienship easily.

You recognise the person  or a friend through his abilities for example if you are sharing a room with yr  friend you know each other profession and habits so if your roomate is beautifully inside then he or she  will not only take the responsibilities but guide you the right way  whether it is carrer or giving some cooking tips he or she becomes your inspiration throughout your journey always look up topeople who are around you  whom you get the  inspiration every day so that you can live peacefully inner beauty can be seen the one who spreading a smile with his words and action and make everyday a new and brightful day with the joy we feel in the heart.
